Amazing deal, I hope everyone in the SF area enjoyed! Speaking of shops in the area, I live in NYC but will be in SF for vacation this month. Not knowing anything about the city, could you recommend any shops that are too great to miss? All suggestions are welcome!
hi! SF is such a wonderful vacation spot, with loads of fantastic shopping. some of my fave smaller boutiques (because, of course, the dept stores aren’t anything you don’t see every day in NYC):
– azalea boutique (www.azaleasf.com)
– heidi says and heidi says shoes – (www.heidisays.com)
– ambiance (www.ambiancesf.com), which isn’t my personal fave, but is beloved by many.
all are in fantastic shopping neighborhoods – the hayes valley area, fillmore district, and the marina. so, if you head to those three shops, you’ll find loads of other fantastic items. while you’re in hayes valley, check out miette, which is a fantastic candy store (www.miettecakes.com)
last but not least, if you’re looking for fabulous, unique art, home goods, and funky accessories, i love rare device (www.raredevice.net) – check out their website, and if you love it, i can rec. others in that category.
have a fabulous trip!!
