in these trying times, don’t you just love a do-gooder excuse to spend?  i couldn’t resist sharing these lovely (and hefty) sterling silver rings from bulgari.  they were designed to commemorate the company’s 125-year anniversary, and proceeds benefit a wonderful organization called save the children, which provides educational opportunites to kids in war-torn countries.  

plus, selfishly, when else are you going to be able to buy anything (especially something this lovely) from bulgari for less than $300.  yes, i know…justification is a strong suit of mine.  but hey, the cause is good, the price is good, and the ring is definitely, definitely good.  what more do you need to know?
