I had other plans for today, friends, but the sales this morning…they’re just too, too good (for all of the codes, from Shopbop to J.Crew, check out my Facebook feed and its never-ending stream o’ deals). I thought I’d share a few of the many, many items lurking in my shopping cart this AM.
You’ll get an extra 15% off sale items already marked down 50% or more at Shopbop for the next 3 days with code EXTRA15OFF, which means it’s time to stock up on basics. As it happens, I already have that dolman tee, though I paid considerably more than the $57 it’s down to now. How long is too long before it’s morally wrong to ask for a price adjustment? And I’ve had my eye on Rachel Zoe’s blazers for a while now…this one’s an absolute steal (just remember to size up. Rachel Zoe thinks everyone’s as teeny as she is).
Dolman tee, Vince, $57 / Raquel corset blazer, Rachel Zoe, $180 / Porsha Preen sweater, Theory, $104 / Leopard scoop-back tee, Tucker, $94 / Toni lace tank, Soft Joie, $42. Not pictured, but also awesome: Avery brocade blazer, Elizabeth & James, $210 Linen Silk jersey sweater, T by Alexander Wang, $42 / Super mid-heel suede boot, Ash, $94.
In other news, we’re on to our second round of reductions at Net-a-Porter, which means sale items are up to 70% off. In other words, it’s finally time to shop. This should be the last reduction before the leftovers head to The Outnet (and get picked over lightning fast). Basics are all fine and good, but I look for more special pieces from NAP – something I wouldn’t find anywhere else, that will make my fall wardrobe stand out.
Momo minibag, Jerome Dreyfuss, $365 / Standard Mini, Reed Krakoff, $295 / Modern Mughal ring, Erickson Beamon, $215 / Wool coat in jungle green, Sonia by Sonia Rykiel, $276 / Asymmetric lapel camel coat, Vivienne Westwood Red Label, $500 / Las Palmas striped dress, rag & bone, $128
What do you have your eye on?
