eye candy: tiffany & co olive leaf collection

Olive Leaf collection by Paloma Picasso at Tiffany & Co

I’ve been drumming my fingers on the table, all-too-anxiously awaiting a certain collection’s release from Tiffany & Co. But that’s not until May. To tide me over, they’ve launched another group of gems this week, and it’s so very lovely, it’s almost made me forget about my original obsession.

Paloma Picasso’s new Olive Leaf collection is inspired by the olive groves surrounding her home in Morocco (I’ll be having daydreams for weeks about that sentence, by the way). I got a chance to preview these beauties in person (and try a few on!), and truly, while I’m excited about the collection that’s coming up, this is the one that just sings my name. Delicate gold bands, classic drop earrings, all with cabochon stones instead of faceted (a favorite of mine), and at price points that won’t scare you. No, really…I promise!

Okay. Maybe a few scary moments. (Don’t check the price on those diamond-and-gumdrop-cabochon rings on the right.) But those band rings, which I would stack for days, start at a very splurge-worthy $150. And even the gold earrings with blue topaz are $650, a bargain when it comes to the little blue box, don’t you think?

I’m modeling a few of my favorites on Instagram today, too, including the sterling version of that mega cuff bracelet, which is insane in person. Come on over and help me pick a favorite!
