I’ve been spying these beautiful handbags in every single fashion magazine this summer, and have been obsessively anxiously awaiting their arrival. Just yesterday, I got the news that Leifsdottir’s sleek new bag collection was available at Anthropologie, and I couldn’t waste a second before telling you.
I’m infatuated with every detail of these bags, and not just because it’s been too long since I found a bag I could properly obsess over. From the pony hair (come on, you know they had me at pony hair) and chunky pebbled leather to the sleek, streamlined details that make these the epitome of modern chic. The biggest problem, as always, will be choosing a style. My heart is infatuated with that dalmatian ponyhair crossbody, but the perfect classic black tote is hard to resist.
These styles remind me a bit of Alexander Wang, but at about half the price – styles start at just $198. I can hardly wait to see these in person – I’m so hoping they live up to the luxe fantasy happening in my head.
Don’t you hate that, when something looks so perfect in a picture and then you see the real thing and it just doesn’t live up to the illusion? These look beautiful, especially the black pony hair (I’m not great with color or patterns sometimes, so I really appreciate them on other people). Perfect for fall.
