I love being able to send a little swag your way, friends…especially when it’s a piece I’ve been exhausting in my wardrobe all season. The lovely folks at Line Knitwear asked me to check out their collection, and I instantly knew there was one piece I (and you) had to have: the Clockwork sweater.

Much like everything else, I’ve been obsessively picky about finding the right openwork sweater this season. I wanted neutral and sheer, but with enough style to stand out a bit. Line nailed it on all counts. The Clockwork is the ultimate in easy, breezy beachwear, not to mention the perfect solution to my chronic low body temp. I love the lattice knit on this, and the tonal stripe…well, you know I love anything with a good stripe.

The best part? It’s virtually effortless to style. I’ve been wearing this all month over tees and cutoffs, or even throwing it on over a maxi dress. Because it’s sheer and has such an easy fit, it works with just about anything. I’m anxiously awaiting fall so I can layer it over a denim shirt and white jeans.

    OMG can we talk about how much I love line? I have three of their cashmere sweaters and wear them all the time in SF–where ‘summer’ is like winter for everyone else :) would be so thrilled to add this to my collection! ox

    Line knitwear is one of my favorite Canadian knitwear lines. I would get a ton of use out of the clockwork sweater, aptly named too, I’d wear it around the clock.
