Friends, I don’t know about you, but I am beyond excited to see The Great Gatsby this weekend! (Oh, who am I kidding? I already have tickets for a showing tonight.) Sure, I love the book, and the story…but since I know it’s going to take a lot for Leo to best Robert Redford’s Gatsby, I’m really in it for the style.

I mean, who are we kidding? Fringe? Sequins? Feathers? It’s every girly girl’s costume drama dream come true. Though truly, I’m especially excited to ogle the drips and drapes of all of those Tiffany & Co. jewels. The pieces – decadent diamond and pearl extravaganzas – were made especially (and exclusively) for those enviable Gatsby girls, and they take eye candy to a whole new level.

Luckily, there are options for us mere mortals – Tiffany unveiled its Ziegfield collection to commemorate the movie’s launch. And while they’e still a splurge, they’re surprisingly obtainable (unlike, say, a certain $200,000 diamond headpiece). I’ve had my eye on that onyx necklace since I first saw it at a press preview last year, and it’s practically a bargain at $450. If I’m a few dollars short, I’m hoping two hours in the company of Daisy Buchanan will help me make my voice sound a little more full of money.
