Friends, I have to admit, I’m feeling a little at loose ends! The gift guides are done, stockings are hung, and Santa has issued a directive ordering me not to buy anything else for myself until Christmas. How dull!

How about bundled up winter looks? It’s so cold here in Portland right now (20s), and I’ve seen a sartorial discrepancy. I have seen bare-legged women in thin coats and other women who are unrecognizable because they are completely wrapped in puffy things from head to toe. What’s the balance?
